Basketball Recap: Beamer Beats Enumclaw for Their Fourth Straight Win

Beamer hadn't done well against Enumclaw recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Beamer Titans put the hurt on the Enumclaw Hornets with a sharp 62-38 win. Winning may never get old, but the Titans sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Beamer has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.8 points per game. As for Enumclaw, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beamer won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Kent-Meridian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Kent-Meridian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Enumclaw, they will challenge White River at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. White River knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Enumclaw likes a good challenge.
