After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Central Valley Christian, Exeter was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Sierra Pacific Golden Bears. The Monarchs haven't had any issues with the Golden Bears recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Georgia Lockett paced Exeter's offense, picking up 12 kills. Lockett got some help from Brooklyn Cannella and her 20 assists. Kaylee Kelch Myers controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Exeter's win bumped their record up to 8-22. As for Sierra Pacific, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-14.

Exeter has already played their next match (against Selma), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Sierra Pacific, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Reedley on the 21st.
