Volleyball Recap: Kennadi Peterson and Isabella Podesta Secure Win for Chattahoochee

The Chattahoochee Cougars were able to grind out a solid victory over the North Murray Mountaineers on Thursday, taking the game 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cougars.

Chattahoochee was led to victory by Isabella Podesta and Kennadi Peterson. Podesta had seven digs and seven aces, while Peterson had nine digs and two assists. Those seven aces gave Podesta a new career-high.

They weren't the only good server: Chattahoochee was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as North Murray only served one ace.

Chattahoochee's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Chattahoochee has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Hebron Christian on the 9th. As for North Murray, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Sprayberry on the 7th.
