Basketball Game Preview: Carver Birmingham Rams vs. Ramsay Rams

The Carver Birmingham Rams will face off against the Ramsay Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Last Tuesday, Carver Birmingham was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 43-37 to Leeds. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Ramsay had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.8 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Wednesday. They slipped by the Blue Devils 54-53.

Carver Birmingham's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Ramsay, their victory bumped their record up to 16-7.

Carver Birmingham suffered a grim 41-21 defeat to Ramsay in their previous meeting back in February of 2024. Can Carver Birmingham avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
