Enochs posted their closest win since March 19th on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Gregori Jaguars, sneaking past 3-2. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 6-1 victory the Jaguars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Parker Johnson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on nine hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in nine consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Caden Reeve, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Another player making a difference was Jack Thorning, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Enochs is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-10-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.1 runs over those games. As for Gregori, their loss dropped their record down to 17-8.

Enochs will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Jaguars: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
