Softball Recap: St. Joseph Gets the Win

Robinson typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday St. Joseph proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with a 17-12 win over the Robinson Senators.

St. Joseph's record now sits at 2-3. As for Robinson, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 8-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Joseph will square off against Cutter-Morning Star at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. St. Joseph has given up an average of 10.8 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for Robinson, they will challenge Mills University Studies at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
