The Bishop Carroll Huskies will face off against the Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy WolfPack at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Bishop Carroll comes in on three and Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy on 15.

Bishop Carroll is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They claimed a resounding 56-16 victory over Glendale. Given the Huskies' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 85th, while the Vikings are ranked 408th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bishop Carroll's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Adelyn Myers led the charge by almost dropping a double-double with 14 points and nine boards. The dominant performance also gave Myers a new career-high in steals (six). Another player making a difference was Ava Pablic, who posted 14 points along with six rebounds and three steals.

Bishop Carroll was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their assist total in five consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy made easy work of Purchase Line on Monday and carried off a 63-37 win. The WolfPack have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 20 contests by 25 points or more this season.

Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy's victory bumped their record up to 23-1. As for Bishop Carroll, their win bumped their record up to 17-6.

Bishop Carroll didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 57-52 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bishop Carroll since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
