Baseball Recap: Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill Takes a Loss

Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill lost against Asheville Christian Academy back in May of 2017, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill lost 14-4 to Asheville Christian Academy. The Lion have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nathaniel Allen, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. N J Uhlenberg was another, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Asheville Christian Academy, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Looking ahead, Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill will face off against St. Thomas More Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. We've got a battle between Lions coming up.
