The Althoff Catholic Crusaders will venture away from home to face off against the Granite City Warriors at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Althoff Catholic is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.6 goals per game this season.

Althoff Catholic's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They came out on top against Mascoutah by a score of 2-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Althoff Catholic were the better team in the second half.

Britt Wilhelm and Elyse Myatt scored both of Althoff Catholic's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Granite City). They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Mascoutah on Thursday. Granite City haven't had any issues with Mascoutah recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Granite City now has a winning record of 2-1-2. As for Althoff Catholic, their record is now 4-1.
