Fresno Christian has gone 9-1 against Laton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Fresno Christian Eagles will host the Laton Mustangs at 5:30 p.m. Fresno Christian will come in still looking for their first win of the season.

Last Tuesday, Fresno Christian didn't have quite enough to beat Hoover and fell 3-2.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Laton was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor Central Valley Christian could gain the upper hand on Wednesday so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Laton's draw gives them a new season record of 2-4-1. As for Fresno Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.

Fresno Christian came out on top in a nail-biter against Laton when the teams last played back in January of 2024, sneaking past 1-0. Will Fresno Christian repeat their success, or does Laton have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
