Volleyball Recap: Five Straight Home Wins for Johnson

Johnson won the last time they faced Valley and things went their way on Monday too. The Warriors blew past the Vikings 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

While Johnson won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-20, 27-25.

Isaiah Patterson paced Johnson's offense, picking up nine kills. Patterson got some help from Jayden Yang and his 14 assists. Patterson was also a major player on defense: he and Keegen Chew shared the team lead in blocks, finishing with two each.

Johnson has already played their next match, a 3-2 win against West Campus on the 2nd. As for Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Florin on the 2nd.
