Volleyball Recap: Nevada Comes Up Short

Nevada was the 2-1 winner over Johnston when they last played one another last Saturday, but their luck changed this time around. The Cubs fell just short of the Dragons by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Nevada has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-10 record this season. As for Johnston, their victory bumped their record up to 9-11.

Nevada didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Grand View Christian on the 20th. As for Johnston, they will take on Dowling Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
