Volleyball Recap: North Nodaway Snaps Eight-Game Streak of Losses at Home

There's no place like home for North Nodaway, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the South Harrison Bulldogs on Monday. For the Mustangs, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 win the Bulldogs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

While North Nodaway might've won, it sure wasn't easy: South Harrison scored at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-21, 22-25, 25-20.

North Nodaway's victory ended an eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-5. As for South Harrison, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Nodaway will take on West Nodaway at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Harrison, they will challenge King City/Union Star at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
