Softball Recap: Sabine Takes a Loss

Sabine fell victim to White Oak and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 15-0 to the White Oak Roughnecks. The loss leaves the Cardinals still looking for their first win of the season.

Sabine saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Breanna Hill, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double.

Sabine's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for White Oak, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-7-1 record this season.

While Sabine had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
