Basketball Recap: Wells Takes a Loss

Wells lost against Lund back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wells Leopards fell 56-44 to the Lund Mustangs. While the Leopards didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Mustangs 15-8 in the first quarter.

Wells' defeat dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Lund, their win bumped their record up to 9-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wells will welcome Jackpot at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lund, they will be playing at home against McDermitt at 2:30 p.m. on January 25th.
