Syracuse won the last time they faced Sublette and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bulldogs walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Larks. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Syracuse took both sets by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-15.

Hailey Hampton paced Syracuse's offense, picking up nine kills. Hampton got some help from Kimber Thomeczek and her nine assists. Hampton was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Several Larks players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Lindsey Dyck, who had seven digs.

Syracuse's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Sublette, their defeat was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-18.

Syracuse didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Southwestern Heights on the 23rd. As for Sublette, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Wichita County on the 23rd.
