The loss continues a trend for the Red Hawks in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost five in a row.

Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for West Salem, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

Looking ahead, Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau will welcome Arcadia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for West Salem, they will square off against Aquinas at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers will need to watch out since the Blugolds have now posted at least 31 points in their last five matchups.
