The San Antonio Christian Lions will square off against the Geneva Eagles at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. San Antonio Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 6.8 goals per game this season.

San Antonio Christian will bounce into Thursday's match after beating TMI-Episcopal, who they had gone 0-8-1 against in their nine prior meetings. The Lions came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday.

Christian Connolly and Jay Hunter scored all three of San Antonio Christian's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Meanwhile, Geneva didn't get the result they wanted in their first contest with Cornerstone Christian on Tuesday. They lost 10-1 to the Warriors.

San Antonio Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Geneva, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.

Everything went San Antonio Christian's way against Geneva when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as San Antonio Christian made off with a 7-0 win. Will the Lions repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
