Soccer Recap: Bishop Comes Up Short

Bishop lost to Calallen back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Badgers came up short against the Wildcats, falling 8-0.

Bishop's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Calallen, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Bishop will take on rival Jones at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Calallen is set to square off against their familiar foe Ingleside at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
