Basketball Recap: Meadow Bridge Takes a Loss

Meadow Bridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Mount View Golden Knights 77-43. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 91-29 on February 3rd.

Mount View found their leader in sophomore Tanner Castle, who posted 23 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Castle has scored all season. Jaron Hale was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Meadow Bridge's loss dropped their record down to 2-19. As for Mount View, their win bumped their record up to 10-7.

As of now, neither Meadow Bridge nor Mount View have any future games scheduled.
