Baseball Recap: Bulls College Prep Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Bulls College Prep and Simeon squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Bulls College Prep had to settle for second. They lost 24-0 to the Wolverines. Considering the last time the Bulls couldn't score was back in April, the team can't take the result too hard.

Bulls College Prep saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Valdez, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base. Valdez is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.

Bulls College Prep has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. As for Simeon, they pushed their record up to 18-12-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

As of now, neither Bulls College Prep nor the Wolverines have any future games scheduled.
