Orange Lutheran put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Banning Pilots 34-0. With that win, the Lancers brought their scoring average up to 26.9 points per game.

Makena Cook was her usual excellent self, throwing for 246 yards and two touchdowns while completing 72% of her passes, and also punching in a pair of TDs on the ground. What's more, she posted two rushing touchdowns, the most she's had since back in August of 2024.

Orange Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 8-0.

Coming up, Orange Lutheran will head out to face off against Beckman at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Banning, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Cabrillo at 4:15 p.m. on Friday.
