King came into Tuesday's match having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Everything went their way against the Bush Blazers on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Knights have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Blazers, too.

King's offense was headlined by Gabby McCallister and Sophie Ciuca, who picked up six kills apiece. Ciuca also shared the team's lead in assists with Rebekah Blackmer: they picked up 12 each. Lucy Mortimer controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

King's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Bush, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. King's will face off against rival Granite Falls at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Bush is set to square off against their familiar foe University Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
