Baseball Recap: Indio Rajahs vs. University Prep Jaguars
Indio's hitters rose to the challenge against a Jaguars pitching crew that boasted an average of only 3.9 runs allowed on Thursday. Indio blew past the University Prep Jaguars 12-1.
Zackary Muniz was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-low in earned runs (zero). He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 3-for-4. In other batting news, Indio let Julian Mandujano and Jose Rodriguez run wild.
