While Kellam put up some runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Hedgesville. The Knights were the clear victors by a 7-0 margin over the Eagles. Considering the Knights have won five games by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The win (which was Kellam's fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Hedgesville, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kellam will venture away from home to challenge Norfolk Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Hedgesville, they will head out to square off against Green Run at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
