Football Recap: St. Clairsville Red Devils vs. Norwayne Bobcats
St. Clairsville gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They walked away with a 28-21 win over the Norwayne Bobcats.
Several Bobcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Dylan Smith, who rushed for 62 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 92 yards and a touchdown.
St. Clairsville will square off against Zanesville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Clairsville is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road dating back to last season. As for Norwayne, they will take on Canton Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
