Preview: Harmony School of Discovery Tigers vs. East Bernard Brahmas
Harmony School of Discovery is 0-9 against the Brahmas since December of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. Last Tuesday, Harmony School of Discovery had to suffer through a rough 71-31 loss at the hands of the Bulldogs. Harmony School of Discovery has not had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Despite the loss, Harmony School of Discovery saw an underclassman step up: Adedayo Adelakum scored 13 points along with six rebounds and two blocks. Adelakum is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last five games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Messiah Graves, who scored five points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Meanwhile, East Bernard ended up a good deal behind the Cougars on Tuesday and lost 48-31.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Joshua Guthman, who scored 11 points. Maddox Crist was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Harmony School of Discovery's defeat was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-10. As for East Bernard, their loss dropped their record down to 14-8.
Harmony School of Discovery was dealt a bruising 81-24 defeat at the hands of the Brahmas in their previous matchup back in January.
