Softball Recap: Forrest Takes a Loss

After flying high against Karns on Saturday, Forrest came back down to earth. The Rockets fell 7-2 to the Dickson County Cougars on Saturday.

Forrest has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season. As for Dickson County, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-8.

Looking ahead, Forrest will challenge Riverdale at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Dickson County, they will take on Kenwood at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Cougars are facing the Knights at the right time seeing as the Knights are stuck on a 13-game losing streak.
