Volleyball Game Preview: Markesan Hornets vs. Johnson Creek Bluejays + Official Tickets

The Markesan Hornets are taking a road trip to challenge the Johnson Creek Bluejays at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Markesan comes in on three and Johnson Creek on seven.

On Thursday, Markesan was able to grind out a solid victory over Random Lake, taking the game 2-0.

Meanwhile, Johnson Creek hadn't done well against Fall River recently (they were 1-6 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Bluejays walked away with a 2-0 win over the Pirates.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Johnson Creek was: they took both sets by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-13.

Markesan's record is now 12-24. As for Johnson Creek, their record now sits at 17-11.

Markesan came up short against Johnson Creek when the teams last played last Thursday, falling 2-0. Can the Hornets avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
