Soccer Recap: St. John's Extends Home Winning Streak to Five

St. John's matchup on Thursday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. Everything went their way against the Baptist Hill Bobcats as they made off with a 4-1 win. The victory continues a trend for St. John's in their matchups with Baptist Hill: they've now won six in a row.

St. John's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-5. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 30 goals over those five contests. As for Baptist Hill, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10-1 record this season.
