Basketball Recap: West Hall Comes Up Short

West Hall lost against Cherokee Bluff two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The West Hall Spartans took a blow against the Cherokee Bluff Bears, falling 67-26. While losing is never fun, the Spartans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 435th, while the Bears are ranked 63rd).

West Hall's loss dropped their record down to 5-20. As for Cherokee Bluff, their win bumped their record up to 18-8.

West Hall does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cherokee Bluff, they will challenge Oconee County at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Oconee County will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Cherokee Bluff surely won't give up without a fight.
