Soccer Recap: Springport Takes a Loss

Springport lost against Quincy on May 7th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Spartans lost 8-0 to the Orioles. Springport have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Springport's loss dropped their record down to 7-10-2. As for Quincy, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-4.

Springport does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Quincy, they will square off against Columbia Central at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Columbia Central's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
