Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Jackson Academy

Jackson Academy extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Anna Holladay Craft. The Raiders blew past the Hartfield Academy Hawks 3-0 on Thursday thanks in part to Craft, who had 23 digs and three assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last six games she's played.

Jackson Academy never let Hartfield Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-18, 25-22.

Jackson Academy's win bumped their record up to 28-9-1. As for Hartfield Academy, they dropped their record down to 19-11 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Jackson Academy will face off against rival Jackson Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Hartfield Academy is set to take on their familiar foe Madison-Ridgeland Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
