Basketball Recap: Hendrick Hudson Skates Past Putnam Valley with Ease

Hendrick Hudson had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 40.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They blew past the Putnam Valley Tigers 64-24. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 42-11.

It was another big night for Kaitlyn Raguso, who went 9 of 10 en route to 19 points and four steals. Another player making a difference was Avery Motko, who posted nine points.

Hendrick Hudson was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in February of 2024.

Hendrick Hudson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.
