Basketball Recap: South Eugene Takes a Loss

South Eugene lost against Sheldon back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The South Eugene Axe had to suffer through a 57-19 loss at the hands of the Sheldon Irish. The Axe's defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it 11 in a row.

South Eugene's record now sits at 5-18. As for Sheldon, they now have a winning record of 11-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Eugene will face off against South Medford at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Sheldon, they will square off against Roseburg at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
