Softball Recap: Buena Comes Up Short

Buena fell victim to Camarillo and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Scorpions, falling 20-0. Having soared to a lofty 18 runs in the game before, the Bulldogs' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Buena's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Camarillo, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Buena will take on St. Bonaventure at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Camarillo, they will face off against Westlake at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
