Basketball Recap: 19 Straight Home Wins for Kindred

Kindred had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.8 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Monday. They claimed a resounding 71-40 victory over the Valley City Hi-Liners. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Kindred's win was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 22-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.7 points over those games. As for Valley City, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-12.
