Baseball Game Preview: North Saxons vs. Wiseburn- Da Vinci Wolves

For the second straight game, North will face off against Wiseburn- Da Vinci. North will take on Wiseburn- Da Vinci at 3:15 p.m. on Friday.

North not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 19, 2024. They blew past Wiseburn- Da Vinci 9-2.

The team relied heavily on Eric Mirabal, who fired off three home runs and seven RBI while going 3-for-4. He is becoming a predictor of North's success: when he posts at least one home run the team is 2-1 (and 3-7-1 when he doesn't). Another player making a difference was Lucas Blackwood, who scored three runs while going 4-for-4.

Mirabal wasn't the only one working in the home run department: North lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. That's the most home runs they've posted since the start of last season.

The victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 5-8-1. As for Wiseburn- Da Vinci, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-4.
