Horizon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a blow against the Bel Air Highlanders, falling 71-41. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Scorpions have suffered against the Highlanders since November 18, 2022.

Matt Hernandez continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Bel Air, going 11 for 19 on his way to 33 points in addition to seven boards and three steals. The dominant performance also gave Hernandez a new career-high in blocks (two). Another player making a difference was Sebastian Velasquez, who posted six points.

Horizon's loss dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Bel Air, their win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 12-10.
