Basketball Recap: Ridgway Find Success

Ridgway won the last time they faced West Grand and things went their way on Saturday too. The Demons sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 66-63 victory over the Mustangs.

Despite the loss, West Grand still got an impressive performance from Sanjay Geffers, who posted 23 points. Jalen Geffers was another key player, going 6-for-13 on his way to 13 points.

Ridgway's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for West Grand, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Ridgway has already played their next matchup (against North Fork), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for West Grand, they will be taking part in a tournament against De Beque at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
