St. John is a perfect 3-0 against Takoma Academy since December of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Cadets will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tigers at 4:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Sunday, St. John's didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Georgetown Prep, but they still walked away with a 67-63 win. The Cadets haven't had any issues with the Little Hoyas recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Takoma Academy came up short against Coolidge on Monday and fell 75-63. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Colts recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Takoma Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for St. John's, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

St. John's took their victory against Takoma Academy in their previous meeting back in December of 2024 by a conclusive 66-43 score. Will the Cadets repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
