Softball Recap: Hawthorne Comes Up Short

The Bears have struggled against the Mustangs recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Hawthorne's defeat dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Clifton, they pushed their record up to 14-9-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Hawthorne will challenge Cresskill on Tuesday. As for Clifton, they will face off against Mount Olive on Tuesday.
