Basketball Recap: Castle Rock Takes a Loss

Castle Rock lost against Seton Catholic on January 7th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Castle Rock Rockets came up short against the Seton Catholic Cougars, falling 70-44. The Rockets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Castle Rock's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Seton Catholic, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Castle Rock will square off against Fort Vancouver at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Fort Vancouver knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine contests -- so hopefully Castle Rock likes a good challenge. As for Seton Catholic, they will face off against Columbia at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Seton Catholic will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.
