Softball Recap: Prestonwood Christian Wins Going Away Against Prince of Peace

Prestonwood Christian lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Prince of Peace, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Monday's contest. Prestonwood Christian blew past Prince of Peace 15-6 on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won three matchups by nine runs or more so far this season.

Prestonwood Christian pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Prince of Peace, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Looking ahead, Prestonwood Christian will head out to challenge Legacy Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Prince of Peace, they will host Dallas Christian at 5:00 p.m. on April 1.
