Basketball Recap: Aniak Takes a Loss

Aniak was the 49-38 winner over Akiachak when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Aniak Halfbreeds fell just short of the Akiachak Huskies by a score of 61-59 on Saturday. The Halfbreeds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Aniak's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Akiachak, their win bumped their record up to 4-8.

As of now, neither Aniak nor Akiachak have any future games scheduled.
