The matchup between them and Tustin wasn't particularly close, with Fountain Valley falling 33-14. While losing is never fun, the Barons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 367th, while the Tillers are ranked 60th).

The victory got Edison back to even at 2-2. As for Fountain Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
