Edison is headed into Thursday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their seventh straight game on Tuesday. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 37-34 heartbreaker at the hands of Roosevelt.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Minneapolis South). They blew past Humboldt 67-16 on Friday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Tigers considering their 19-point performance the contest before.

Edison's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Minneapolis South, their victory bumped their record up to 8-10.
