Volleyball Recap: Harvest-Westminster's Winning Streak Snapped at Three Games

Harvest-Westminster was the 2-0 winner over Schaumburg Christian when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Warrior-Lions fell 2-0 to the Conquerors on Saturday. The Warrior-Lions' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Karis Meeker paced Harvest-Westminster's offense, picking up seven kills. Meeker got some help from Alexis Brokke and her ten assists.

Harvest-Westminster's loss dropped their record down to 15-12. As for Schaumburg Christian, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-3.

Harvest-Westminster wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Trinity Oaks Christian Academy on the 18th. As for Schaumburg Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against South Beloit on the 18th.
