Glen Iris Baptist stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They blew past Brooklane Baptist 75-53. The victory was just what Glen Iris Baptist needed coming off of a 52-32 loss in their prior matchup.
It was another big night for Joshua Everett, who scored 17 points along with six assists and four steals. He hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Jackson Dickey, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds.
Meanwhile, Providence Classical had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.3 points), and they went ahead and made it five last Saturday. Everything went their way against Glen Iris Baptist as Providence Classical made off with a 52-32 victory. That 20 points margin sets a new team best for Providence Classical this season.
Glen Iris Baptist pushed their record up to 11-3 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.4 points per game. As for Providence Classical, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.
