Basketball Game Preview: Johnson Jaguars vs. Judson Rockets

The Johnson Jaguars will face off against the Judson Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing isn't great for Johnson: they have been struggling with five straight losses at home, while Judson has snatched up five consecutive wins on the road.

It was a proper cat-fight when Johnson took on Pflugerville on Friday. Johnson fell to Pflugerville 51-45.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Judson beat Brandeis 47-41 on Friday. Given the Rockets' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked tenth, while the Broncos are ranked 428th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Johnson's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Judson, their victory bumped their record up to 17-1.
